ACCOMMODATION TO LOOK OUT FOR ACROSS THE UK
In September 2017 we will see the opening of Eclipse, a new student accommodation development based close to Cardiff’s city centre, at Howard Gardens. This accommodation is unlike any other in the city. The lucky students who will be living here can expect an on-site nightclub, a cinema room, 24/7 concierge, a free bar as well as complimentary tea and coffee at breakfast for the students. Students will be able to choose from ensuite rooms, shared rooms, studios and apartments. Each room will have a double bed, a TV, and a desk and study area. The complex also has several casual study or relaxation spaces and a Renaissance-themed dining room. The students will never want to go to lectures…
The developers Fusions Students granted planning permission last year.

The project was completed with the aim of bringing a new lease of life to the community – the buildings historical importance remains intact as well as its place in the city’s future.
