The ground floor also houses our bike storage facility. This is where we keep our fold-up bikes, which are available for our residents to use anytime to get around town – completely free of charge. All the other facilities you would expect from a high quality apartment building are also offered including laundry rooms, fitness room and social spaces.
Our large, friendly on-site team is on hand twenty four hours a day, 7 days a week to answer all your questions and attend to any needs you may have. urbanest Hoxton is located 4 minutes from Old Street Tube Station which is on the Northern Line and also connects to London’s rail network. A 5 minute walk will also take you to London Overground line at Shoreditch High Street. From there you have access to Camden, Highbury & Islington and many parts of South London including the world’s busiest station at Clapham Junction. There are multiple bus routes that run to and from urbanest Hoxton from the bus stop located directly outside the front door on East Road.
urbanest Hoxton is very close to many of London’s major universities and colleges and within a short walk of the London College of Fashion, Guildhall School of Music & Drama, City University of London and Cass Business School. A couple of stops on the tube will take you to University College London, University of London and many other institutions including the London School of Economics, King’s College London, Imperial College London, London Metropolitan and many more.

Head down to the Hoxton Square area and you will find a culturally diverse mix of bars and restaurants and short walk further will lead you to Hoxton’s more artisan bars. A 5 minute walk will lead you Great Eastern Street and Shoreditch High Street and the cool shops of Shoreditch’s Rivington Street, Curtain Road and Charlotte Road. Continue passed Shoreditch and you find yourself in the trendy Brick Lane area where you will find galleries, eateries, independent shops and market stalls at the weekends. The Spitalfields Market and Commercial Street area is also a hidden gem for major retailers such as Urban Outfitters and smaller boutique shops and restaurants.
